My husband and I have been working together for some time to build a shop of knives and leatherworking and watches and anything else that caught our fancy, and it's finally done! The shop is called Wehland Bros. and you can find us on Facebook and Etsy, as well as my husband's first ever DeviantArt account! He makes handcrafted leather items (including a leather bound Harry Potter book) and antiques and modifies other things like knives and watches, making them unique treasures. He'll also eventually be offering the service of leather binding specific books on request! Just imagine your favorite book gorgeously hand bound and tooled in leat

Hey guys! Long time no post. I know. But I'm here to tell you that I'm having a pre-release sale of my polymer clay Seeds of Inspiration which will be hitting my Etsy shop on September 26th! All you have to do is call dibs on either a Seed I've already made or tell me what color(s) you'd like yours to be and I'll send you a code which you can redeem after the 26th during purchase for 20% off of your purchase. I've posted a few pictures of the Seeds here on DA, but there are plenty more pictures over on my facebook page if you want to scope them out. The Seeds of Inspiration are little desktop or tag-a-long (in the case of the jewelry sets)

I'm not very good at making pieces regularly, so when I do it's all in one big push like this. My shop's name is Tiny Octopus Designs and I feature mainly octopus and squid pendants. I also make articulated pendants which joint at the neck and legs so they flop around when you walk and those come in everything from owls and ferrets to giraffes, foxes, and bear/bird hybrids. Since the shop is so sparsely populated at the moment, I feel it's i

Happy Birthday!!
Great works you have here!!!
Thank you! I'm in awe of the detail in your work. I can't imagine being able to sculpt as finely and smoothly as you do. Haha. I spent a good half hour just looking at all of your pieces. :)
Thank you too! I went over you works also. Don't you think you may come out with stories for them? They are so cute! ^^
Thank you so much! :D That's wonderful to hear. It's funny that you mention stories. I've been thinking a lot recently about writing children's books with my little creations as characters. It would be fun to be able to cast them in resin and include them with the book as a toy. I just need to settle on a story or two. Haha. I keep bouncing around with ideas.
